RIPO International manufactures and sells premium insect nets — custom-fitted for windows, doors, and gates — across multiple European markets. Their product is strong: lifetime guarantee, aluminium construction, easy DIY installation, and a growing base of 10,000+ satisfied customers. But the business was running on a fragmented infrastructure. Each country had its own separate website, maintained independently, with inconsistent branding and no unified conversion strategy.
