Bava Driving School
Bava Autoskola is a Latvian online platform that helps driving school students prepare for their CSDD (Road Traffic Safety Directorate) exams. The platform offers virtual drives across 10 Latvian cities, 200+ video explanations of the most difficult intersections, 3D theory tests, and over 140 lecture videos on driving technique — accessible from any device, from any driving school.
Bava Autoskola’s core product — virtual exam routes, 3D theory tests, real instructor video lectures — was genuinely strong and already earning loyal students. But the platform experience around that content was creating unnecessary friction at every stage.
New visitors landing on the homepage struggled to understand what Bava Autoskola actually offered and how it was different from simply watching YouTube videos. The pricing structure was unclear, which meant potential customers left without converting even when the product would have served them well.
For students already inside the platform, getting answers required going directly to instructors — via comments, messages, or social media. The same questions came in daily: Which plan should I choose? How do I access the virtual drives? Are the exam routes updated? This was draining instructor time and creating inconsistent student experiences depending on who answered and when.
