Silmachy is a natural cosmetic manufacturer and seller in Europe and the US. Together we developed higher CRO Product page and email automation system that increased drastically revenue from ads and from emails.

Silmachy is a natural cosmetic manufacturer and seller in Europe and the US. Silmachy cosmetics are handcrafted from Soil Association and Ecocert certified plant-derived ingredients to deliver the most effective active ingredients and highlight the properties of the plants used in each product. The entire production of Silmachy products, from the procurement of raw materials and packaging to the preparation and shipping of the product, is environmentally friendly. Together we developed a higher CRO Product page and email automation system that increased drastically revenue from ads and from emails.

Silmachy brand had many business challenges that has to be resolved in terms of automation, revenue growth and marketing:

  1. Automate B2B Wholesale with wholesale client profile for different pricings and offers for each retail client. Right now this resolved with emails and whatsapp messages
  2. Increase average order value with up-sales and bundles. Remake product page
  3. Create new email automations like: Thank you for purchase email (2-3 email flow). Abandoned cart email (2-3 email flow), Welcome email flow (2-3 email flow)
  4. Recreate product page with more : Social proof elements, as images, reviews, videos, instagram feed
