If you choose one main platform for your audience, where you can reach new people, and grow your business. All your other social media profiles could be informal. 

For example, you can use YouTube to attract new people by making informal videos, but at the end of the video, you can mention that you are also on Instagram, Facebook, etc.. 

Given the fact that the people have already got to know you a little bit, there is a high chance that they will follow you on other platforms, where you can give a little different content. It also depends on what you need in your business right now. Maybe you already have a large audience and just need to nurture them.
