Business problem

Cole-TAC Europe faced multiple business challenges that needed to be addressed in areas of B2B/B2C integration, automation, international reach, and design flexibility:

  1. Unify B2C and B2B stores into a single platform. Previously, the company operated two separate websites—one for retail and another for wholesale. Now, both audiences are served from a single streamlined online store
  2. Automate B2B order processing, which was previously handled manually via emails and messages. Now, everything runs through the new e-commerce platform with a dedicated B2B client portal, where wholesale clients can log in, view their own pricing and conditions, and place orders independently
  3. Expand international presence by adding 7 language options to the site (previously only one language was available), resulting in increased orders from foreign countries
  4. Overcome limitations of the old store’s visual design. The previous system restricted visual and layout customization. The new store offers unlimited design possibilities, allowing for better branding, user experience, and marketing capabilities
