Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager.WD Market is an e-commerce agency that helps businesses build, grow, and automate their online sales processes. We create modern WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify solutions, integrate payments, logistics, and marketing tools, and provide full-cycle project management — from idea to results.We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, and marketing specialists — someone who sees the bigger picture, manages timelines, and ensures that every project is completed on time and with high quality.Your main responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce and web projects from concept to delivery
• Plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams (design, development, content, marketing)
• Communicate with clients — regular reports, status meetings, and project presentations
• Ensure quality control and maintain clear project documentation
• Monitor budgets, risk management, and performance indicators

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing digital or e-commerce projects
• Understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (briefs, specifications, design mockups)
• Fluent Latvian and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with Zoho, Jira, or similar tools
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
